For the patient who was denied the right to health care, or the patient who is dissatisfied with the health service or procedure or other health care worker health institutions can file a complaint.
The complaint is filed health facilities director or authorized person – the protector of patient rights.
The complaint should be submitted orally or in writing.
By patient complaints director or protector of the rights of patients immediately, and within about three days of filing the complaint states all the relevant facts and circumstances related to the allegations in the complaint and notify the complainant.
